    Those are pretty cool G. Saw that the largest size is 7 3/4". Won't fit on my head, need 7 7/8" - my brain is big . Can't help myself.

    My fedora hats work just fine for now, not sure how to stretch something like that. Do you soak them down with water and somehow stretch the band on the inside to make them bigger? Just curious.

    Boonie hats do not have a band as such on the inside.......what we did in the service was dampen them and put it on and wear it untill it drys. And it may fit as is....I normally wear a 7 1/8......but the boonie in a 7 fit me perfect and a 7 1/4 fit just a little loose but not bad. I will have mine with me at TB. I like them...you can just roll them up and put them in your pocket.
