I went last saturday, the 6th and the water was really high. I usually launch at youngblood's but when we topped the levee, the water was about 40 yards on the other side of it.. I have a couple of pics, one from on top of the levee and another from in the bayou facing youngblood's.. as soon as I get enough battery charged on my phone, I will post them on your thread.

It looked like it was on the fall when we went, not sure how much it dropped in a week. Here's the pic's I have.

If you zoom in on this one, you can see the check station.

Water is back to normal. Heading to the camp this weekend. Haven't heard any fishing reports, but it should be heating up.

There are a couple of articles on Saline and Larto that were posted in the last few days. I do remember them saying they picked up a few around the Buzzards Roost and the Honey Hole between the Buzzards Roost and Shad Lake. My daughters boyfriend caught a bunch of catfish off the dock with worms all in the 2 to 3 pound range. They sure were good eating that Saturday night. I am going to try and be there Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.
