Default TM LIFT AND TRANSDUCER LIFT

Some of you were requesting that I show you how I made my transducer lift. Also made a lift for trolling motor. Then I made an automatic buoy winder that cuts off by itself.

ALSO MEANT TO SAY ON TM I LIFT IT UP WHEN I READY TO RUN BIG ENGINE BUT I LEAVE IT IN UP POSITION TO TRAVEL,THAT WAY ALL I HAVE TO DO IS HIT BUTTON WHEN I AM READY TO FISH,MUCH EASIER AND MUCH MORE SAFE,NOT HAVE TO GET AT FRONT AND LEND OVER WHEN IN DEEP WATER.ALSO ON TRANSDUCER AT FRONT IS FOR CONSOLE 859 SO I CAN USE IT AND 1199 AT SAME TIME WITHOUT INTERFERENCE AND BY BEING AT FRONT I CAN TELL IF I WANT TO THROW OUT A MARKER BEFORE I GET TO IT,IF I DON'T SEE FISH ON PILE I KEEP GOING AND THE 1199 IS ON SI SO I KNOW WHICH SIDE OF MARKER THE BRUSH IS ON BEFORE I START FISHING,MAY MAKE A VIDEO OF HOW I APPROACH AND FISH PILES THIS SPRING

Looking real good and smooth. Like Gene says he is able to fish all day without having to lift and deploy his trolling motor. Seeing is believing.

Would you be willing to explain how you accomplished the trolling motor to raise and wher to get parts ?

I am working on mine Gene (transducer lift). You gonna like it. It would have been a lot easier to start from scratch instead of using Rickie's Da Ducer Apparatus. But, that would remove the challenge. I am using sequential relay logic instead of using a microcontroller. I chose to use relays mainly because I have a bunch collecting dust. I only work on the project when I am stranded at home. I decided to make it remote controlled instead of using switches. I don't have good options for mounting switches on my boat. Waiting on parts from China. Our local Radio Shack shut down.
