Thread: Lake Monroe 2-1-16 by slimjim

Hit the lake at first light this morning. Air temp was 60 deg and so was the water. a light wind ? was from the north. Tested out the main channel but not much was going on. There were a lot of weeds. Spent more time clearing the lines then fishing. Moved around looking for the action. Found a group of boat and some open water up on the North east end. Trolled around in circles for awhile. Put 5 keepers in the box.

Was a good day on the water for me.

I hate them weedlines but usually find fish hanging around them.
