Thumbs up 20 Watt Clear Your Mail Box

Hey, 20Watt, I tried to send you a private message and received a message that your mailbox was full. I just wanted to let you know that I received the jigs on Saturday and all I can say is thank you and WOW. Those are some quality jigs. Those puppies will catch fish. I'll guarantee!

Where did you get the rubber material that you used on some of them? I would love to get some of that and tie some of my jigs with it. I have a fishing trip planned with another of our crappie.com members on Thursday, weather permitting. I may tie on one of your jigs then.

I am dropping your jigs at the post office in the morning on my way to Lafayette for a couple of days for an evangelism conference. I hope you like them and I hope they catch you a lot of fish.

Thanks Pastor, glad you like them.

I think I got the rubber from barlows although I've seen it on Janns net craft and other places as well. That's actually two different kinds of rubber. One is a thin cut strand similar to a spinner bait skirt and the jig with the green/chartreuse tail is round rubber, it has a lot more wiggle to it than the square strands. I just got the round in about a week ago and I think that's the first jig I've tied with it.

Jimmy, thanks for the information on the rubber skirt material. Let's try to schedule a fishing trip together soon.
