Default Norman 1-19 and 1-20 and a personal best

best striper bite ive seen in a long time. there are a few left in there after all.

    played catch and release 1-19.

approx 10 striper, and 15 hybrids with a few perch and hybrids thrown in. all striper 6-8lbs

Today 1-20 had a late start because was on call with work until i got the ok. enjoyed ice skating and fishing in the snow!

boat in at 9am, trailed up at 1pm. fished for keeps today. picked away at them, then finally figured what depth they wanted it. last fish of the day pile drove my rig on the downrigger and the fight was on. thought for sure i had a monster blue cat. she had me back and forth fighting deep the whole time. 5 minute fight until she finally showed up and quickly did i snatch the net. fish hardly fit. striper 13lbs, 13 oz (34 1/2 inches) once i finally put it on a scale. every fish today was caught on the downrigger on the A-rigs. did not get a single bite on the leadcore on this day.

I have pics, but right now photobucket is down so unless some of you seen it on my facebook account, youll have to wait!! all fish were solid.

    13lbs 13oz, 10.0, another 8lber, and released a 8lb striper for a 5 1/2 lb, 23inch hybrid.

now looking for a crew member to potentially join me tomorrow morning. who is game??

I would love to go, Pete, but I'm in Burlington right now instead of the lake house.
Thanks for the report and congrats on a great day! Shotgun
