    Wife and I went out for a bit today. Wind was not all that forgiving. Caught a white bass and honey lost one in the brush. But, when you can share a few laughs with your wife while out on the water, fish are a little secondary. Here's a picture of the jig we were getting our bites on today.

    Man you wanted to go bad , I saw 10 to 20 mph wind forecast and stayed home . Thanks for the report . Can't catch em if you don't go .

    I've been tying jigs and working on buying a house here in Conway. I needed some relief from this apartment! Besides, wife said she wanted to go and I couldn't pass up that opportunity! Caney Creek

    Nice day minus the wind. Saw a couple boats heading toward Caney today. Glad you enjoyed the day.

    I agree with you, catching fish can be an added bonus, but the pure joy comes from enjoying Gods great creation and spending time with the people you love.
