    Went a done it now. Bought a Helix 7 to replace my 798 si. Pics to come. Anybody else has a Helix 7?

    I love mine. If you got the side or down imaging, there is a high definition transducer you can get for it.

    Thanks. Yea I got the DI and Si. Those 2d look real good. Yea I heard about the HD transducer. Might be happy with what I got. Not wanting to spend another 179 for HD trnasducer.

    I love mine, Clear picture and easy to read. Mounted to my Terrova I - pilot. Using the Sonar 2 ducer.

    Get the HD ducer!
    You're not getting younger and the cost of fillets in the stores is so outrageous that catching more fish with HD is easily justified, if not completely necessary!!!

    Like Brett said go all the way! It only hurts the pocket one time, you can eat beans for a month and make the bank roll back up.
