Thread: Lowrance gen3 questions!

Hey guys. Lookin at makin the switch from h bird to lowrance. Would like to buy a gen3 and possibly use the 3d structure scan. Was wondering if we bought the unit head only and purchased the 3d structure scan package seperately if that would be all we needed. I know they generally ran the 83/200 and lss transducers together already. Just not sure if the 3d Trans is all inclusive or if the others are still needed. Also if someone wanted to explain what each Trans was responsible for that would be great. And we would like to buy from a member sponsor rather than a big box store. All help and recommendations are much appreciated.
