    I love this!!!!In a zip lock Pre mix your dry with your favorite spices...I like Tony's salt and w/ black pepper in my cornmeal and flour 1-1/4 corn meal to flour...you could sauté in butter or a small amount of oil...small fish wont take but a couple of min.

    one tomato, one onion, one green pepper, small jar of miracle whip or mayo, salt, pepper, tin foil, fish fillets. slice up veggies slab on some mayo or miracle whip on filllets and veggies, roll in double tinfoil and place on coals.
    Made this for shore lunch as a guide for years. My customers loved this shore lunch. An open can of bush's baked beans nestled along the coals to warm them up only adds a little "blazing saddles" to the rest of the day. LOL

    Scale the crappie put a stick straight into its mouth and cook over fire, can begin peeling meat off when starts to blacken
