    Default Talquin ( 29 Dec 15)

With all the rain In Middle Ga, decided to go to Talquin this weekend. The fish were not jumping in the boat but still managed to catch few fish. We fished from freeman to close to the dam......Kept 23 this morning. The water is clear and 68 degrees.......fish should be in the creeks......and they may be. We only fished a few hours so we did not hunt them......we just caught some in the deeper water......but fish were kinda shallow.

Nice pics. Try the 15-18 ft water in creeks with chewing gum. You might be surprised.
The weekend they were there at 12 ft down. Full of roe. If cold comes in they will move out.
