    Default Pearl River

River is through the roof n muddy.
Went sat at 3 to one its overflow ponds in the Honey Island Swamp area caught a ton of dinks right off bat. Figured out the bigger fish right at dark. Figures. Was able to put 6 nice ones in cooler.
Figured I'd go back in morn..
I did. Wind had me for breakfast, but managed to grab a couple more Bf my arms gave out.
All fish were staging on outside edges of cypress. Bigger fish were hugging the trunks on backside of wind direction. 1-3' deep on same hair jig I usually use. Orange/green/chartreuse.

that water is some clear.....last time I was out I found the fish on sonar and they were all out of the wind which I thought since the wind was blowing that it would have blown the bait fish to the far shore....but no.so went play in the wind for nothing..oh well. nice catch...
