Those are nice looking fish. It's really fun to watch them pop a cricket off the top.

I love living on a canal in Florida. Catch a cool looking small fish, and it can become an aquarium piece. Always had to pay for fish, now they are right here.
I was gonna leave my aquarium stuff in Illinois, even was gonna throw it out. Ask my friends, I've been offering it to anyone that would listen. Tomtom even has one.
So I look up what a 120 gallon aquarium costs now a days, and I decide, hmm, maybe I need to bring that one down with me. Darn things are expensive. And it'll look great in the screen room. Although it might need a chiller come mid summer!
Anyway, here's the start of the collection.
We have some nice looking fish here. Shu got me the Warmouth just two days ago.

Gonna be cool to watch. Pretty red belly.
Bet you'll have a lot of fun watching those fish.
My wife and I LOVE FLORIDA! Wish we would had moved here 20 years ago!
What time is it?IT'S CRAPPIE TIME!
You know that happened in reverse too. Canals are full of Oscars and Mayan Cyclids from aquariums being dumped in them.
I caught these out of the canals in the Everglades. Ugly catfish in the middle, glad I only caught one of them!

Those calico cats are pretty common in Florida - find them in almost all lakes from
Okeechobee to Crescent.
Need to get some greenery, rock, sediment structure in you AQ.
Good looking first additions
Just a bullhead. Some fine eatin right there.
If your tank is on the back porch, you will need a heater as well.
That is a cool idea, neat fish!
