Anyone in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, York area that can cut iron bars at a low rate?

I just need several cuts, up to 1" thick iron bar. Also looking for anyone who can weld at a low rate.

I know several welders at work and in my area that will weld free for me if I give them fish, let them hunt on my land etc
