Default Week end at St John

Linda and I had a great time at Lake St. John and many thanks to Josh for hosting us and putting us up. Here are a few more pictures of our weekend. The fish didn't cooperate as much as we would have liked but we still had a great time. Beside Josh catching the 2# 2 1/8 oz slab, he also caught another one that weight 2#. In the following picture Linda is seen holding Josh's big fish and another while Josh holds up two other nice slabs. It was a fun weekend and we plan to return again soon.

Looks like ya'll had a great time, Mr. Gene. St. John is a very beautiful place. I have fished it many times. Hope to again some day.

Lots of fun fished hard, we tried the private bar pits and caught 4 fish total. It was to muddy to fish the back pits the river, winch the river is high and I don't think it would have mattered. We end end back at St. John and spent. The day with mrs Linda. We caught some nice fish and missed a bunch to. Southern pro tackle with black chart red with pink head was the productive color. That place is heaven for sure.

Wow, that's one of the prettiest places to fish I've ever seen! The pictures have me itching to go.
