Thread: Friday night trip

fished from 4 to 7;30 p.m 3 crappie from north saulty. We caught ours in 5 minutes then nothing not even a bite. The current was moving in for 20 minutes or so ,started catching stripe and shad then the crappie hit fast, we thought oh heck it's on then nothing.No current what so ever,our corks did nothing but stay in one spot if we didn't move or jig a minnow.
If the dam is spilling?why no current?

If nickajack is spilling faster than gville, there wont be much current unless its back current. if they spill at the same rate, some of the creeks wont know the difference as there wont be anywhere for the water in the creek to go.....
