That's a great fish. Better yet, sounds like you and your dad had a great time together.

My dad and I took advantage of another unseasonably mild December day and headed to the Raysville area of GA Little River. Fished from 10a-3p and kept 32 nice slabs. Caught on structure in 15-30 feet, and had to move around to locate the better spots. Catch rate was roughly 1/3 on jigs and balance on minnows. Surface temp was 58 degrees. Picture is of the good'un that daddy boated which weighed 2.6# (not bad for an 80-yr old!). Looks like the spring-like weather may come to a halt after this weekend, so better get out and enjoy it if you can!

Big fish! Thanks for the report. I've been curious as to how the Hill has been fishing this week.
