    Default Eagle Lake FYI


    I was so happy to hear the news on them changing the regs there. The old ones were 50 fish a day since it was a border lake and you could keep the higher limit of the 2 states that it bordered (La) They finally changed it to an 11" minimum with only 30 as a limit. This should help get the lake back to being a productive place to go fishing. CUDOs to the MDWFP and the Louisiana parks for coming together to change it

    The only time I fished the Eagle was after the flood that released the Asian Carp into our waterways. We caught our limits of cats. The hook could be on bottom or in your hand in the water.
