Been a while since I've been out. Got on the lake and went to a spot and realized that I left my trolling motor remote in the truck, had to go back. When I got to the ramp some guys were loading up to leave..it was 9:45.. so I asked them "how many did you catch?" they said 40, I asked where, they said 25ft off ledges, so I thought yeah I know where that's at, so I changed my plans went to that area...I didn't catch a thing!! started to question my skills, which by the way isn't much..so I moved on ended up catching some in 15 to 17ft of water, didn't catch a bunch of keepers but the ones I did were fat and thick, 3 of em were hogs, ended up keeping 6, hope everyone else has better luck, cya
