    Pete,
My son caught his first striper on one of your rigs I bought a few weeks ago. First time I had a chance to try it. It did great. Well made.

Very nice. I find the rigs do better when the water gets cold and the bait schools ball up.....about that time when the fairweather fisherman hang it up for the year!

We tried them yesterday, but hickory was the highest i have seen it. Covered in leaves and trash. After about an hour of clearing the rigs every 5 minutes of limbs and leaves, we gave up. There were some huge balls of shad showing up though back up in the creeks.

Took the baits out for the first time last Saturday. Hit High Rock but it was dirtier than I wanted so we loaded back up and headed down to Badin. Trolled around the islands and up around Old Whitney and caught fish at both. No bigguns, but had enough for supper and had a fun day on the water. Water not as clear as I was hoping and ranged from 51-55 degrees.

We went a few weeks go and trolled crank baits for crappie. My wife hung one and started saying she had a nice striper. She only wants to fish for stripers now. Got it close to the boat and it jumped. About a 4 lb largemouth. Never seen anybody so disappointed to catch a 4 lb bass before in my life. lol. Have to put her back on the stripers this weekend.
