    Default Arthritis

I'm looking for suggestions for treating arthritis pain naturally or at least OTC. I have it in both my feet and hands. I'm taking glucosamine chondroitin with MSM and using the rub with capsaicin in it.

I do not have arthritis very bad according to doctors. But I still physically work hard and am getting wore down now at 57 and hurt all the time. I have to take something everyday to keep going.I mix it up with Aleve liquid gels,Advil Liquid Gels,Tylenol and excedrin.I change once in awhile in hopes to reduce any long term effects from one particular drug. I also have muscle pain and recently started using Aspercream. It has helped me about as much as anything. You might try soaking your feet in epsom salts. It is an old remedy not necessarily for arthritis but they say the magnesium has some miracle properties.God bless.

WATCH your diet.Sometimes certain foods and drinks can aggrevate it.You have to figure out which ones. Some foods that have anti-inflammatory qualities may help.

Try milk to cool down the burn. If milk works when eating hot pepper (capsaicin) so it should work for the hands also.
Be safe and good luck fishing
