    2.75" is perfect size IMHO especially to fish here in Missouri. I hate using a small bait on a good bite and wade through the dinks to catch a limit. I always oversize baits in water temps over 45 especially early spring and fall when they key in on bigger baitfish.

    Yup would trade some a speck or red trip for some plastics lol. Sure miss the backwaters of Louisiana
