    I also have used my 14 Southern pulling cranks at 1.8 mph and landed a 24" walleye no problems no issues I have a 12'er that works great too

    Call Ed, new rods coming out very soon. I have seen them hold two ounce weights, no problem at all.

    Hard to beat the BnM Pro Staff PST. I run a 14ft PST(Neon tip) in the front with 2oz weight followed by 16ft PST, 12PST, and 8ft PST(Neon Tips) all long lined out the back with 4ft line separation. I use the same setup minus the 2oz weight for long lining 16ft, 14ft, 12ft, 8ft PST. The PST are also great for tight lining for 3/8oz weights and above. You can also buy replacement tips from BnM, Grizzly has great prices and 3 pole discount as well.
