    Default Boat choice21 foot

    Help me decide
    I own a 2013 190tx tracker with a 90 hp
Even trade for a 2004 X press with a 225 very low hours and cherry.
Checked value, they seem about the same.
    What would you do?

That 190tx is a fishing machine and cheaper to run. That Xpress sits higher out of the water and is going to catch more wind and be pushed around more, our style of fishing here that is a deal breaker. My tourney partner has the 190tx and I have fished out of the exact Xpress boat you are talking about and I would go with the 190tx.
Good luck whatever you decide, both are good rigs but I prefer the Tracker in this match up.

Would not trade unless the 225 is a four stroke.

Would not consider a Evinrude E-Tec either

Id keep the Tracker. Better on gas - lighter to tow - its 9 years newer - That extra 135 HP dont make the fish bite any better either. Unless you just enjoy the speed. That would be about all you'd gain in my opinion.

Thanks for all the advice. I was on the fence, you all convinced me to keep the tracker
