I'm so off the bite, I'm lost! 4 hrs dragging jigs thru piles, ledges, humps, trees and all depths,,,, nota bite! Got a 'curse' that I can't shake. Beautiful day, surface temperature of 46 degrees, lite winds. Water clear but coming up. I'm not ready to head to LaCgne, but getting close. <*)}}}><

Thanks for the report! I was at work wishing I was out today. Sounds like a mystery to be solved. Maybe they are in transition to their winter pattern. Maybe I can look myself this weekend.

Are there cabins to rent there? Haven't been there for some time. Guess the dam wall still hot? Heard ya gotta put running lights on to get to the best. spot. That would of been 21 degrees this morning. Dock club at Clinton getting some. I just didn't find the schools. Side Scan says fish at 12ft to 20ft. A lot of fish on chanel trees. <*)}}}><

What is the water temp at Clinton now.
Most of the fish I've caught at the docks are right on the bottom.
They have not started schooling up so far.
    Mostly scattered.

I get there pretty early. I wont lie. Cold sucks but the fish are worth it.

Ive tried the dam wall but it doesnt seem like they are stacked heavily in there. Still pulling quality fish out but ive had better luck else where around the lake. Its nice to have multiple spots in case all the hot spots are all taken.

Water temps at the outlet was 60 something degrees last weekend. If i remember right. Other parts of the lake were up to 10 degrees cooler. I still had a blast and had almost a full livewell fishing 2 people for 6 hours of fishing.
