Default Best way to find a lost item

I own a big old fashioned all metal heavy grease gun. Been having it for as long as I can remember. It was last sen last year when I greased up the sway bar hitch on the camper the jeep, and boat before we set sale on a fall adventure. Ya think I can find it this morning??????? :-(( I looked in the shed in the camper in the jeep the car and spent the morning searching to no avail. So now I am off to the hardware to buy another. Betcha now it will show up.

Yep, you will stumble over it when you least expect it. At least that's what happens to me.

You musta loaned it out. Can't lose a grease gun, it would leak and you would see the oil.

I'd just have my wife look for it. I swear I think she puts things, that I can't seem to find, somewhere I've already looked 2 or 3 times, so she can find it and make me look like an idiot. Happens all the time.

You will find it right after you get finished using the new one and go to put it up.
