    Default Buggs Island Report 11/28 & 11/29¡


    Striper trip with a good friend and my new boat. A couple of other friends and their boat as well. Fished Clarksville area. Caught 19 first day with 4 keepers....24-28" and a couple of cats. 14 the second day with 2 keeps and two more cats 1 around 10 lbs and 1 around 30 lbs. Great trip with some good friends and great fishing. We trolled A rigs, U rigs and double shad bodies. The other boat was live baiting. Broke the new boat in "right". Weather was beautiful and practically no wind. A trip to remember for sure. Both boats caught a total of 48 Stripers and several Cats.

    That's a lot of catfish. Nice stripers. Appears you had a great trip to work the bugs out of a new boat.
