It is a clear tannin stained lake, a couple good fields of pads, some shoreline laydowns and brush, a couple old fish attractors on north shore mid lake about 100 yards off pad line. Depth is average 12' - 15'. Couple small creeks feed into and 1 out. Few houses on it.

Mike, your c+r was fine with me just couldn't commit yet on that date. I'm like you, I will be fishing somewhere that day if I can.

Geeezz this thing has found it's way down the rabbit hole

...only speaking for myself I usually will not know how my on-call status will be until a couple weeks out from most events, but the 12th morning is good for me & I'll note that the 1st thing that got me involved in CDC was to fish new lakes.....so why not Diaz.....I can still remember when this whole slab-together thing started a "wise old salt" stated there is no reason why any big productions have to be made to fish with friends....any-hoo I'll fish it Mike, barring any acts of God......just thoughts..no offense intended

I got to plead stupidity. I never look at the top of the page very often. I'm interested. That's what - 3 weeks away? I think I can do that. I haven't fished it in 15 years so a re-introduction is in order. I'll try to keep better track of things.
