Thread: Please Thank Our D'Arbonne Sponsers....

​ The thought just hit me that maybe we could use one or more of our group pictures and have some "Thank You" cards made. The sponsors might get a kick out of seeing the gubers at our gatherings.

All,
I'm not sure how many sponsors may read our forum, and I will be reaching out personally to the donor of the prize I received....But from all of us that were at the gathering, we sincerely appreciate each and every item donated, no matter how large or small. There's no doubt in my mind that we, as a group, would continue to have a great time fishing, socializing, and eating (pigging out really) together, even if there were no door prizes. However, the amazing generosity shown by the companies and individuals who donate each year, has continuously generated more attention for the gatherings and crappie fishing, and more excitement for everyone attending. (I kept hoping for a chance at the Engle box lol).

I'd also like each of them to know that during the evening dinners, there were sponsor tags posted everywhere you looked around the room, to make sure everyone knew who donated items for the group, as well as announcements by our own member, Mark (DocWaldo). So thank you so much from all of us in the Louisiana Crappie.com family for the support you've shown our group of merry folk, and when I personally need gear, I will not forget your companies when shopping.

I didn't get a big group shot, but these two pictures combined will give you an idea of the number of participants (though there were still some outside the door and in the hall behind me).

Thanks Brandon, I sent an email to Bass Pro for the Crappie Max rod. Thanks to you also for getting those great prizes for the gathering. I also sent an email to Mr. Doyle Hudson from Midsouth Tackle for the jigs he donated. I would love to spend a day on the water with that man, 40 years make baits. What a pleasure talking with him Friday night.

Would have love to get to talk to them a little while. I knew they were coming but never got to meet them. They do have a great product(s). I did thank BnM and Duck Commander for their gifts.
