I took everything off poles yesterday afternoon and going to redo the leaders on them. Been changing everything over to the new quick snap I am using. The leader on my once ounce rigs are knicked up, once I get those redone I am finished with this chore. Really like the Arkie rigs, have fished them beside every kind of rig you can think of and have found no disadvantage to using them.

they only thing I dont like about the arkie rig is that they arent ready to fish out of the bag...you have to lie on leaders and hooks

I use Fas Snaps on mine. I don't mind a little personal touch to my rigs.

Fas Snap is the correct spelling. I don't use Fast Snaps. I buy the Fas Snap brand also. They're waaaaaay better than the knock offs.

The reason they are like that is because everyone likes them different....some want short leaders....some like longer ones....some want gold aberdeen hooks, some want sickle hooks.....some want jigs, some want teasers. Customizeing your rigs is just part of fishing. I fix all my rigs up before hand and I also keep plenty extras in boat in case I have to put a new one on...or if I want to change something
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
