I am looking forward to doing a little destination fishing for sure and Oregon is high on the list. My dad has already offered to drive the boat out so I can fly out and use less vacation time

Let me know when you want to go. Spent my youth stealhead fishing the Manistee from high bridge to tippy dam. Caught my first fish on that river and won a couple tournaments with my dad in the 80's. Mom and dad live a mile from the pentwater!
