Default Debating on where to fish??

I'm I the only one who has trouble deciding where to fish? Since I haven't got to hit the water in months it's really tough to decide this time. I have all theses ideas of where to try but my luck the spot I don't try people will be catching limits. Just rambling on this morning Happy Fishing everybody

When bank or bridge fishing I leave the house with where I want to go in mind and if I get there and its avaliable then good deal , but if I slept too long and someone is already there i usually go to my back up plan spot unless its someone that I know that doesnt mind fishing together. My rule is I will not horn in on someone if they are there first to a place I want to fish or if I do want to fish near them I will ask politely if im going to bother them and act on their response. I guess I was taught to be this way because its rare for anyone to ask me if im already there , as they usually pile right in and then act like I violated the spot (grin). If we are going in a boat we also have a certain destination in mind and what type of fishing we are going to do which usually isnt a specific spot but general area because we are longlining most of the time .We have certain spots on different bridges we like and may or may not get those due to being lazy to arrive(grin)

i do the same. Very seldom do folks ask. . But your right most time they want even speak they just take over I seen a fellow fishing from the bank yesterday. the spot in which he was fishing was limited on space anyway then a boat pulled up and tied off under the bridge less than 15 ft from the fellow that was on the bank.the bank fisherman had been their over an hour. Before the fellow in the boat pulled in. The same boat had at least 3 spots covered up this morning must been their most the night several lanterns hanging from bridge and fishing at least 2 directions . I just don't understand folks.......

My goal is to fish where there's no people.

If I catch fish, that's just a bonus.
