Default Pay it Forward Shindig - Impressions of a first timer

I had a great weekend! I came looking forward to crappie fishing and learning more about how they do it in Kentucky. However, while all that did happen, I left with memories of many new friends made. People that I had never met before were like long lost friends, and I look forward to our next meeting. I drove home worn out, but ready to do it all over again. Thanks to buffalo13 for inviting me to join crappie.com, for all the great cooks (that peach cobbler...wow!), the many helping hands required to put together such a great event, and the good Lord for giving us great weather for the weekend.Name: yes.jpg

Well, with that picture of me from the rear I can see now why I'm told it's my best view. Seriously I enjoyed meeting you and hope to see you on the water.

It was a great time while I was there, had to leave early due to granddaughters ballgames. Really a great get together with a lot of good people.

I am glad that it was enjoyed by all
I want to thank Ifish for his fantastic photos. He really knows how to get the MONEY shot.
I met him years ago thru the crappie camp stuff. I did not realize until this one that he is a semi pro photographer. AH that's why the camp photos are always so good.
We have such a great group at Kentucky lake. We have great 2 pole fisherman great spider rig guys a great crank puller One of the best sonar guys on the site. I really believe Ricky knows more about HB sonar than HB sometimes and now he's learning Lowerance stuff. We have inventors a soft bait maker a great photographer a Fish and wild like possum cop and some pretty good fish cookers. And now a new cast iron cook.
All of witch I have met going to the fall camp. I will say this is all thanks to wiskers for me he's the one that ask me to come and help him cook at the very first one. From there I have met everyone else. I fished with Buffallo 13 that first year and have been great friends ever since. I went on a trip to Mississippi with guys I know from camp last spring that I would other wise never have happened.
I very much enjoyed meeting new friends this year and look forward to next years camp. I hope the word spreads and we get even more crappie fisherman from many more states to come join us. From the we can make plans to fish lakes in other states and attend other state camps
