    I would say, because they are closer to the bottom and near some kind of drop off, that they are perch. Usually When i mark striper, they are from the top to the bottom in that depth range.

    My guess is white perch, but without a good lively minnow or a spoon I wouldn't bet on it. LOL

    The large cluster on the bottom is what we look for a lot of times.
