Know how you feel bandchaser. That happened to me last year but there is next year. All seemed to have had a good time.

Thanks to all that put on the demonstrations, they were great. Especially yours crp, this fat man loves to eat! Thank you and all the others for doing it. I really hope Paul Rister comes back next year, he always provides wonderful information. I had to leave early to go to work, so I missed the last few demos, I know I missed some good stuff.

I want to thank everyone involved with the event. The new venue worked great and the extra room allowed us to try some new things. I didn't hear one negative comment other than D. Butler yanking my chain about his fish not being cooked to his liking. He made that decision after his 12th piece.

Thanks to all who worked, brought items and just showed up. I think we may have set the bar pretty high for other states to try to have a better event. For those who couldn't be there, the planning for a spring event has already started. Putting faces with screen names and getting to meet new folks and make new friends is what it is all about.

Did anybody get a final number and how many states were represented?

A big thanks to Dean,Doug,Terry,Ricky,Brad and Paul for really doing a good job on each of the seminars, love being around true crappie fisherman and talking about crappie fishing. I think it was the best one I have ever been to. Thanks so much for the ones that prepared the food as it was great, even the fish that Doug cooked was really good! Also, a big thank you to the folks that made the cobbler, best I've ever eaten, after all this I may not eat for 3 days.

I can't hear good. That is my story and I am stuck with it. But, I can read faces and the faces were Happy Happy. T'was terrific to see everyone again and to meet some more folks. Brenda and I had a large time and, God wiling, we hope to make the next camp.

Thanks for the kindness and God bless all.

Had a great time at the Fall Shindig Saturday. This was my first time attending. Really enjoyed meeting everybody and putting a face with the names I see posting regularly. The talks and demonstrations were all well done and very informative, thanks guys. And how bout that meal, that put a whole new meaning to fish and fixin's. Big thanks to all who put the days event together.

Thanks for all the kind words guys/gals. Thanks to all that helped patty and i unload, cook, demostate, and load back up. Patty and I enjoyed it immensely. I appreciate all the great eaters that showed up. Nothing makes a campfire cook happier than seeing empty pots and skillets and people wanting more. The fellowship was awesome and i enjoyed every comment and conversation from each of you. I really enjoyed the stories of your past experiences of campfire cooking. Remember, if you want to instill forever memories in your family, take em outside and cook over fire/coals in cast-iron. Holler, when you want more taters. Don't forget to percolate the coffee!
