Hurray For Harney
What can be said better than Skeet's post by all.......we sometimes say that there has to be winners & losers but, yesterday there was only a few people that went home with some extra cash in there pocket...........if there was last place they caught dozens of fish........stories of I've never had multiple poles go down like that before.......NO= I fished the wrong area of the lake.......just everything you could ask for in a gathering of a great bunch of fishermen........my part was simple, try not to mess anything up & the good Lord provided the weather, fishing, & most important everyone's safety......Yes I was so proud of Harney & all she offered yesterday........& my BOY'S..... got 1 to leave the river system & a die-hard Monroe manto fish Harney these last few weekends & had a lot of fun doing so, they only finished 1st & 2nd great job guys & Stu congrats also I can see the enjoyment you've had these past weeks, your travels have been rewarded.....only have a few photos & hope someone will post weigh-in photos.....1 of what else Andy/crappieday reaching for another pole........Danny/Phantom309 with a stringer most ended up with......Pontoon/Pappy with how slick the water was most of the day......&.... the gang.....Big thanks to SLAB's cameo with door prizes & bringing his 2 better halfs/wifey #1.... abbey close 2nd & finally all who helped clean up you guys are GREAT......!!

Jeff you put together a great show and ole ma nature was sure pleased to comply. Beautiful day and stellar fishing. I have for sure added Harney to the list of regulars to fish. How blessed are the few of us that live where we do. Harney, Monroe and the river in our backyards. Crescent, George and Dexter an hour ride. And the Lagoon only 45 minutes. Dont know if there could be a better spot for limited income families to live. Thanks Jeff for the great day and pressuring me yo try the ole girl. I believe everyone who attended yesterday won! See yall on the water. Looks like Thanksgiving weekend for my next trip.

I been thinking about moving to Tennessee since I'm retired. But I think a trip to visit your area is in order before we make a decision. Looks like the fishing is good, but definitely the C.c guys are awesome!!! Always enjoy the Florida thread. Heck, I even know a few of you already.

D if you are wanting 4 seasons look elsewhere. But our weather is pretty dern nice. Yea we have 3 months of heat but I see higher temps up north evrry year. And good fishing we have on all accounts.
