    Used a Shad Dart yesterday to sore lip a few into the Lucky Bucket.

    Thanks guys.
    I fish it by casting past the shad, letting it sink a bit and rip it through the school. There are times when the shad jump to the surface. Then let it drop like a rock. Most strike occur on the drop, but some as soon as it stops in the school. The head doesn't "dart" as much as it swims slightly. What I really like is the heads natural profile. I don't get that profile from a ball head. Its easier to have confidence in a natural looking minnow bait in "Shad Season".
