My favorite is cold leftover fried chicken, easy to reel in a fish with a chicken leg stuck in mouth, kinda hard to hold a sammich that way. But dont have that left very often round my house. Usually a few cheese nip crackers and some cold beverages.

Make an hor dourve with those smoked oysters.....heat the oysters.......take a toothpick, stab a 3/4" piece of toasted bread, stab the oyster, add a 3/8" cube of cheese, add a stuffed pimento......eat it all with one bite.....bet you can't eat just one.....

I always took whatever I thought I could manage while fishing. Usually a ham sandwich or canned barbecued Vienna sausage and some cheese or peanut butter crackers; sometimes an apple, orange or banana; sometimes some stew or soup in a thermos (depending on how cold it is). But always some ice cold Mountain Dew with whatever food combination I may take. Funny thing is: I never drink Mountain Dew any other time besides when I am on the boat fishing. Weird huh!?
