    Default Windy Day on EL Dorado 11-4


    Took the Triton out for one more trip before the new owner takes it over. Very windy (35MPH I'm sure at times) on the lake but did we find the mother load. Casting snap raps produced some great action. Caught over 40 wipers and 5 eyes just under an hour. Fish were stacked anywhere from 19-26 FOW. We caught some just under the boat but if we casted and snapped the baits, they crushed them. The Triton handled the strong KS winds like it should. Sure am going to miss the old girl but my new one will be here soon with the 350 Verado to push it.

    El Dorado walleyes are looking more like the lunkers up North and Canada. Healthy lake with lots of shad!
