    Hit a whole herd of them last year 10 grand was the final bill and 3 weeks without a vehicle to tow my boat. I am getting ready for payback come the 14th. Glad everything turned out and no people were hurt. And thanks for the report I had been looking for it.

    I hit one a few years ago while heading to the water to fish. Husband was sound asleep. He heard "Oh S---" and thump. Got a buck too. Got it with the driver side corner. Then rolled down the fender and door. Smeared deer crap down side of truck. Didn't hurt the radiator or anything for driving. Stopped at McDonalds and pulled the loose pieces off of truck and went fishing. Saw several sunday morning while headed to water but they all behaved good and stayed put.

    I fixed your pix. Some trivia. The last year of statistics, 2012 showed 1.23 million deer hi,approx. 200 people killed and 4 billion in damage.
