This is actually a 3 axis articulated pcb repair vice. I use hemostats to clamp the jig. Easy to manipulate in all 3 axis.
I am currently building a dedicated circuit board for a local business. I made up a few jigs to break up the monotony of wiring pcbs.

Looks good to me Tom. There was someone that posted here quite a while back that tied for many years on a pair of vise grips clamped in his bench vise. Way heavy but it did the job. Yours looks like the same setup with more finesse. I used to hear the race guys use the term"Run what you brung". Sounds like it applies here. Good job, friend o mine.
