I have a 861 with Diamond City trailer and it loads good.

Don't back in so far. Fenders should be out of the water. The deeper the trailer is the harder to load.

Does it do this at all ramps? Reason I ask is I see you are from Lake Talquin. I have a Bass Tracker and the ramp at Lake Talquin Lodge is steep...I usually have to winch my boat some at that ramp. Steep ramps like that are the only ones I have to do this. On that ramp I have to be real careful of how the boat is unloaded because my trolling motor hangs over the front of boat and will hit my winch when it comes off if I have much weight in front of boat. I slide everything and everybody to the back to load. Can't speak for the other ramps around there.
