The accounts I pay on line are set up using my checking account info. That way if I have a problem or are issued a new debit card I don't have to update my debit card info.

The bank sends me a new debit card with a new number. The only account I have that is prepaid is my phone using my debit card. Friday I called and updated my card with the phone company. I haven't got a call since. I tried to make a call earlier and the phone doesn't work. I sat through a chat with the phone company just to find that I need to call them. I get Debbie's phone and make the call. I find that the bank turned down my account with the phone company.
Well tomorrow is monday so a trip to the bank to find out what the heck.

I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.
9:40 am, I've been on the phone since 8: am. I've talked to the bank people and the phone people. Come to find out it was my fault that the payment was declined. I didn't go online and remove my old card information from my account.
Some of these younger almost english speaking people need to tell us older people things like that.
