    You can't go wrong with a Southern. I borrowed Cray's in a tournament and listed my C&C's in the classified section the next day. They are an outstanding rod. They have the sensitivity of a BGJP but the strength of a PST because they have moved the power point down the rod to the mid-section where it's thicker instead of the tip section. It's not as whippy as a C&C so you have better control of the fish especially when fishing alone.

    Don't have a comparison but I have 4 14's and I think they are great rods..light,sensitive and good backbone..

    SteveJ and I use the 14' poles and love them. With 1/2 oz of weight, they have the perfect bend at the tips. The best pole on the market in my opinion.
