    Default Killin redfish

Not crappie but I will be fishing for them in two weeks when I get my boat back from my redfish hole in Louisiana.

Nice red fish, it is getting time for them to turn it on here at the intercoastal waterway at Skidaway Island. trying to get my boat ready to catch a few and some speckled sea trout also. we try to keep this board dedicated to crappie and post all other catches on the off topic board. good to hear from you and thank you for sharing. I 100% see no problem posting other than crappie catches on this board. Off topic is for other than fishing. All catches are welcome on Crappie.com. All other state boards do not have this issue. Maybe Slab will chime in. He also post other than Crappie catches. Especially on the Florida board and even main board. 6 likes on this post already.

2@LOW8 is a regular on this board also. We need to embrace anyone that post because sometimes it gets real slow on here.

Well which is it? I'm leaving for Montana in the morning and I sure would love to post some of our results on this board. I hope no one will be offended at seeing some pictures of "rainbow or brown crappie" caught "long lining" a fly rod. Just saying?

Earl is right, it does get slow at times. I posted pics of some reds I caught last year on here. It's not an everyday occurrence. I am ready to start crappie fishing now after my trip to LA.

Is it "legal" to bring redfish filets to a Crappie.com gathering?

I did not intend to start any trouble.

SOUNDS GOOD TO ME IF EVERYONE IS HAPPY WITH IT, IN THE PAST IT WAS A PROBLEM. I CAUGHT SOME SLACK FOR IT BUT I AM HAPPY IT HAS CHANGED. I would like to add this, when I get to go fishing for red fish[red drum] and speckled sea trout I will post my catches on the off topic board out of respect for those that live inland and have never known the thrill of it. just want you to know how I feel about it. 2@low8, we have some of the best red fish[ red drum] fishing anywhere right here in the coastal Ga. area from Brunswick up to Savannah. come here and I will be happy to share some of my drops with you. I don"t get to fish much, but if I can, I will go with you. if not you can use my boat. I am in the process of getting the boat res. transferred to me now. good luck on the brown crappie [ trout]. not everyone lives around a GA. power lake, some of us live on the coast. If I want to go crappie fishing I go to Ft. Stewart. Have a safe trip. Jimmy S.
