    Default Slow morning out of Jack Millers


    Brought my brother (bleedingduck) and his boy out of Jack Millers for about 3.5 hours yesterday morning before the tailgate. The bite was descent at first light but progressively got slower. Most caught on jigs of various colors, a couple on shiners. I suspect the cold front had something to do with the lock-jaw that set in after 8. We had a good time on a scenic bayou in South Louisiana, can't ask for anything more than that...

    Looks like a mess of fish. Congratulations! Caught fish, boy smiles, LSU won. Just doesn't get much better than that.

    i love it when the kids go fishing my son is 20 and has been gone from home for 2 years with the Marines and sure miss our fishing trips
