Gather at pavillion around 1:00 to get things set up to start cooking at 2 pm. Try to start eating at 4 pm

Small change. Was not able to get the boudin. Planned on making the trip to get it yesterday, but spent most of yesterday at a wake/funeral. Spent today running errands for and taking to lunch our aunt and uncle, celebrating their 65th anniversary. Any way, I cooked 2 gallons of red beans, seasoned with sausage, tasso and ham. And Miss Mae made a couple dozen cornbread muffins.Will do the rice there. Hope that will work. I do have the fish fry and 2 pecan pies I baked this morning. "D"

I was not able to make it up to fish but should be arriving around noon. Will be glad to help with the cooking. Is there anything I need to bring.
