Fished Eldorado this morning from 7 to 11:30 my plan was to chase some Catfish but got my cast net snagged up and destroyed my leader line, so I shrugged it off and chased my favorite species and landed a few nice slabs in 20 FOW on brush using chartreuse jig head and orange white and chartreuse body the bite wasn't fast had to grind it out and be patient. Also landed a bonus 25" eye, man that was fun with a 5 wt fly rod.

Crappie Wall Hanger II
fished Eldorado today caught a 19" walleye on a green and black road runner by the marina dock and a 20" wiper off of a windy point on a square bill. Caught about 12 small mouth on white 1/2 oz war eagle spinner bait with a 4" swim bait trailer most of them 12 to 16 inches. Boats down so junk fishing off the bank.

Back at Eldorado this morning the crappie were a little tougher today couldn't quite find them only managed 3 crappie at all different depths 13', 16' and 20' each pile I pulled one out of I couldn't get another bite used a variety of colors but noting seemed to be hot. Also caught a 19" wiper all in all still a fun day on the water.
