Thankful to my buddy buffalo 13, he contacted Wayne Inman. Sent him the picture last, wayne was at his computer, downloaded the image and spit out a 12 x 14 sticker just like that.
Paid for it tonight and should be in the mail tomorrow!
Will post up some pics when I get it installed.

The chain is just fine. It has been keeping my dog safe for 12+years! It will go when he does. Hopefully him and the chain are around for years to come!!!!!
