    found a little whole in north thibodaux with a work friend Friday at 12 noon, nothing spectacular, but made supper.

    That's exactly what it was my wife, my son and i, but with a side of homemade onion rings. Both perch were blue gill, would have been nice to get some lake runners (chiquipin), but still not bad for 2-3 hours to knock off from work. I had a few tip offs from some people of some spots around my home town where not too many people hit anymore will try soon and report back. North Thibodaux (chackbay area) with out being too specific. Not really sure what the name is, I work in thibodaux, more failure with morgan city area.

    Congratulations on catching supper for your family. It always feels good when we can go and come home with something to feed our family with whether it is fish, or rabbit, or squirrel, or deer, or hogs. It is great to know that God placed all of those resources here for us to not only enjoy looking at, but also for us to be able to feed ourselves with. Anyway, thanks for the post and we look forward to many more of your successful trips.
